The nasdaq gapped up through yesterdays high and rallied most of the morning session to a high of 7421.25 only to reverse later and go below yesterdays high of 7379.5 with a low of 7351.25 above yesterdays low of 7321.75. We are only 13 points above last weeks high( 7361) with the afternoon sell -off.
SMH – was the standout today making a new year high 107.49 to hold most of the gains and close at last weeks high 107.12.
XLK- made a new high of 73.8 and close just above last weeks high at 73.43.
IBB- the bios were even quieter today having an inside day. Is it going to be 115 or 113.
AAPL – With a 77 RSI and approaching 90.67 – 200 day it wasn’t a shock to see some selling
NFLX – seems to have failed around 370-1. It has been a very choppy range.
AMZN- from 1586 – 1784 in 8 days gave in a bit at the end closing at 1762.
NVDA broke out above 174.58 with an open gap above at 195.5.
